This yoga style is a new form of yoga practice that has emerged from my many years of practice with different styles.

A unit that combines gentle mobilization, meditation and relaxation with a little strengthening and balance in a new way and also integrates fascia rolls and balls.
The focus is on the areas of the middle of the body, the spine and the release of fascial adhesions as well as energetic blockages (e.g. within the chakras, along the meridian lines).
This yoga practice

Energy-Yoga® means being connected.
It's about becoming more aware of our body, breath, mind, emotions and energies. Creating a balance between body, mind and energy fields. In order to experience our lives in a more enjoyable and holistic way.
The units are concluded with a 15-minute Sound bath
(singing bowls, gong, cymbals). This deep Shavasana serves to balance the energy and stimulate the body's own self-healing processes.
Energy-Yoga® Stil
Inspired by different yoga styles, I have 'Energy Yoga®' It is a mixture of the styles of gentle Hatha, Yin,Fascia- and therapy yoga, with a clear focus on the deep supporting muscles and the perception of the body's own energy flows, with integration of all our energetic centers, meridian and Fascia lines, Koshas, Chakras
and Nadis. My personal experiences and knowledge from Tantra and Kundalini Yoga as well as Pilates are also included.
It is therefore a blend of different styles with an energetic focus and elements that I add to the energy perception. The aim is to feel and experience yourself consciously and clearly.
