In addition, guided Short meditations at the end of each sequence and a one-hour deep relaxation/ Yoga Nidra the self-healing process. All meditations are available as audio instructions available on my YouTube channel .
With this holistic approach, it is possible to alleviate numerous complaints such as headaches, digestive disorders, sleep problems and much more, but also to get anxieties, lack of motivation, anger or self-doubt under control. Only when body and soul are in harmony can you promote your health on all levels and increase your well-being.
