Lifelong education, learning and research (especially in the field of metaphysics) is an absolute hobby for me, which takes precedence over everything else and is innovatively attached to every fiber of my being and actions, from which new knowledge, new possibilities, new connections and links are constantly developing, which ultimately become insights that I am happy to share with you.

Als Craniosacral Praktikerin, Yoga- & Mediationslehrerin mit Schwerpunkt therapeutisches Yoga, Yin- & Energy-Yoga, Klangschalentiefenentspannungstrainerin und Coachin, hat für mich das Wohlbefinden meiner KundInnen oberste Priorität.

In meine Einzelsettings und Gruppenunterrichten, integriere ich unterschiedliche Essenzen fernöstlicher Philosophien, um mental-therapeutisch während der körperorientierten Praxis, Inspirationen zur entspannteren Lebensbewältigung und Bewusstseinserweiterung mit zu geben.

Einige solcher Ansätze finden sich auch in meinem Buch 'Chakren in Balance mit Yin Yoga' oder in Form von Fachartikeln in diversen Yoga-Blogs und Magazinen. 

Dein Besuch bei mir ist damit immer die richtige Wahl für Inspiration zu einer gelungenen Lebensführung für mehr Leichtigkeit, Lebensfreude, Gelassenheit, Entspannung und Regeneration auf allen Ebenen.

Während meines Philosophiestudiums an der Universität Wien, begann mein Einstieg zur körperorientierten Yogapraxis - vor nun schon über 20 Jahren. Dem voraus ging der Genuss meiner jahrelangen Meditationspraxis, über die ich die Liebe zur Philosophy of Mind/Metaphysik und zur Symbiose meines Selbst fand. 

Erweiternde Erfahrungen der energetischen Regenerationsmöglichkeiten und Aktivierung der Selbstheilungskräfte erlebe ich mit Craniosacraler Körper- und Energiearbeit oder Klang- und Schwingungsenergetik. So darf ich mich im Spektrum der Möglichkeiten von ganzheitlicher Gesundheit ausdehnen.

In my trainings (yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, sound healing units, craniosacral bodywork and coaching) I aim to provide holistic support and development for each individual participant, taking into account their different abilities, experiences, possibilities and bodies.

  • the one who is in the middle of life and at the same time far outside it, in order to see things and herself from the outside - every perspective realizes something new.

With this holistic approach, it is possible to alleviate numerous complaints such as headaches, digestive disorders, sleep problems and much more, but also to get anxieties, lack of motivation, anger or self-doubt under control. Only when body and soul are in harmony can you promote your health on all levels and increase your well-being.

Member of Yoga Alliance

As a member of the Yoga Alliance, I am a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT-500®), withCompletion (certificate) of trainingregistered yoga schools (RYS®) and additionally more than 2000 teaching hours over a period of at least 3 years.

The Yoga Alliance is a public, internationally recognized and active organization to support yoga, yoga teachers and their training. Its mission is to inform the public about the benefits of yoga, to encourage yoga teachers to preserve, appreciate and pass on the teachings and traditions of yoga. In this way, the Yoga Alliance ensures high-quality training for yoga teachers and a high standard of yoga quality for students. It also develops programs and services that promote and support the integrity and diversity of yoga teaching.
The “Yoga Alliance ®” operates a database for registering yoga teachers who meet the minimum requirements (200 hours of training).
Registered teachers are entitled to use the additional title “Registered Yoga Teacher” (RYT®).

Since 2005, the Yoga Alliance has also registered teachers who significantly more teaching experience in addition to their basic training (a total of 500 hours and/or at least 3 years of teaching with at least 2000 teaching hours).

Such teachers receive the additional “Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500®) or "Education Registered Yoga Teacher" (that is, such teachers are authorized to lead and offer yoga training courses. An addition " YACEP® " indicates a registered yoga training provider.
