Eine Vertiefung in Meditation- und Achtsamkeitspraxis.
Für Yogalehrende, um diese Inhalte künftig in den eigenen Unterricht zu integrieren. Und ebenso eine hervorragende Erfahrung jeden Meditationsinteressierten und Praktizierende, um die eigene Praxis zu vertiefen.
Du solltest bereits ein wenig Meditations-Erfahrung (eigene Praxis ab etwa 1/2 Jahr, regel- oder unregelmäßig) haben.
Yoga-, Meditations- oder Achtsamkeitstrainer-Unterrichtserfahrung ist nicht Voraussetzung.

In addition, guided Short meditations at the end of each sequence and a one-hour deep relaxation/ Yoga Nidra the self-healing process. All meditations are available as audio instructions available on my YouTube channel .
